ASOS FAIL
Offense #1:

It doesn’t even come close to the dress on the model. What is that bow doing there? And why are the sleeves so short? And guess what, it costs £75.00!
Offense #2:
They e-mailed me asking me to scan my credit card, driver’s license, and credit card statement. I told them that I am studying abroad so I cannot scan my credit card statement, but I sent them a screen capture of the bank’s online account summary of my credit card.
Somehow they do not seem to get how I cannot scan my credit card statement. DUH. I am studying abroad. I can’t exactly leave school to go home to scan my credit card statements, can I?
Offense #3:
They’re saying that I did not attach anything to the e-mails I sent them. So I e-mailed them again with the attachments. They replied saying that there are no attachments on the e-mail. Hmmm, let me see.
I see attachments on the sent e-mail. Do you see it too?
Should it be my problem that their system somehow cannot see the attachments?
I don’t know what to do with ASOS anymore. Has anyone else been disappointed by them?
